EQUIPMENT
· Intermittent rotary unit with 16 stations for container movement.
· Destacking system for rigid, upstacking containers with 4 channels.
· Volumetric filling head with 4 pistons for filling up to 350 cc equipped with servo motor.
· Mechanical lift system for containers to allow filling from the bottom of the container.
· Product feed hopper with automatic cleaning pre-installation.
· 4 anti-drip nozzles with pre-installation for synchronisation with C.I.P. system.
· Destacking system for pre-cut aluminium lids.
· Sealing unit with temperature, pressure and time regulation from the touch screen. Equipped with an extraction system from the machine to allow cleaning and maintenance.
· Extraction system of the container from the conveyor, by means of a combination of servo motors.
· Powered conveyor for pulling out the container from inside the machine.
· Desk with electric-electronic automation located on the machine’s exterior and equipped with touch screen.
